We May Decline Representation
There are many reasons we may choose to decline representation. One reason would be to avoid a conflict of interest. If you have reason to believe your case may present a conflict of interest with one of our existing or past clients, or for any other reason, please do not fill out a web form. Instead, please call us during business hours.

We Are Not Obligated to Send You Any Information
Any information we send to you will be a courtesy. While we may arrange for a formal consultation, please be advised that we will not advise you or act as your attorney in any way unless and until the Law Offices of Johanna J. Raimond Ltd. and you have entered into a retainer agreement. As a result, no legal advice or similar information will be provided over the phone, through mail, e mail or another type of correspondence until a retainer agreement is signed.
