Ms. Raimond has recovered millions of dollars for victims of sexual assault. Representative litigation includes the consolidated litigation against Fabio Ortega, M.D. in Cook County, Illinois and Doe v. Samuel Botros, M.D. in DuPage County Illinois.

In addition, Ms. Raimond represents employees on employment matters at all levels before federal and state courts and agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She represents plaintiffs in individual, multi-plaintiff, and class action lawsuits.

Representative employment litigation includes Moore v. Morgan Stanley (N.D. Ill. 2009) (settlement of race discrimination lawsuit brought on behalf of fourteen financial advisors); Rosenberg v. CNA Financial Corp., No. 04-8219, 2007 U.S. Dist. Lexis 52911 (N.D. Ill. 2007) (settlement of severance-related lawsuit involving ninety CNA sales employees; obtained ruling as a matter of first impression that federal common law fraud is actionable under ERISA); Trabb v. J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., NASD No. 05-04994 (FINRA Arbitration 2006) (verdict for plaintiff in wage claim); Radmanovich v. Combined Insurance Co., No. 01 C 9502 (N.D. Ill. 2005) (class settlement of gender discrimination lawsuits as well as multi-plaintiff lawsuit approved); Hill v. Shell Oil Company, No. 98-5766 (N.D. Ill. 2004) (class settlement of race discrimination public accommodations case); Millsap v. McDonnell Douglas, 162 F.Supp.2d 1262 (N.D. Okla. 2001) (liability judgment for 1,100 person class in ERISA discrimination lawsuit); Gillespie v. Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America, No. 99 1102 (C.D. Ill. 2001) (class settlement of race discrimination and retaliation lawsuits); Cremin v. Merrill Lynch & Co., No. 96 3373 (N.D. Ill.) (represented financial advisors in individual mediations as part of a nationwide class settlement of gender discrimination claims).

Prior to establishing the firm in 2006, Ms. Raimond practiced law at Meites, Mulder, Burger & Mollica, where she focused on representing employees in class action litigation. Ms. Raimond has also worked as an enforcement attorney at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and at McDermott, Will & Emery. Ms. Raimond graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 1995, where she was a member of the Law Review.
